PRICING
Prices are determined by type of Event, services and products requested. An 'Event' as described above must have a 2 hr minimum requirement.

General guidelines for budget purposes are as follows:
Minimum pricing for a digital only event is $600 (no photos printed - Web posting for viewing, sharing & license for downloading)
Minimum pricing for a 4x6 photo event is $700 (photos printed on-site)
Minimum pricing for a 5x7 photo event is $800 (photos printed on-site)
Minimum pricing for an 8x10 photo event is $1,200 (photos printed on-site)
Roving Photographer services start at $400 (no printed photos - CD/DVD/FTP UPLOAD AVAILABLE)
Fusion show pricing is custom based on content volume and complexity. Typical shows with 50 images, graphics & music are priced at ~$100 & output to your specified media.

BOOKING
We will send you a Photo Services Agreement detailing your requested services, products and our prices. The Agreement must be signed and returned with a non-refundable deposit of 50%. This deposit and Agreement guarantees the equipment and staff needed for your Event.
Any pricing proposal requested is good for 30 days. Deposit must be received to guarantee pricing.

PAYMENT & TERMS
The Deposit and Balance due can be made with Corporate check or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Invoice showing final Balance Due will be sent after the Event, final payment is due within 10 days of Event.
Deposit is non-refundable and client may be liable for full Invoice if Event is canceled or changed within 30 days of Event.

QUALITY
We use only the best quality Archival digital photographic paper from KODAK and SONY/DNP. The prints are laminated and protected from scratches, fingerprints and even liquids!
